Nikolaj Byrial-Øvall specialises primarily in construction law and disputes in the building and construction industry.

Nikolaj has experience in all aspects of construction, with a core competence in disputes in the field of construction law, in particular litigation and arbitration, fast-track decisions, complex appraisal cases, FIDIC contracts and multinational construction projects.

In addition to the dispute resolution work, Nikolaj also provides advice on other construction law matters as well as related issues such as insurance law, contracts and general commercial law.
