Attorney Nikolaj Byriel-Øvall wins talent award

We are proud to announce that attorney Nikolaj Byriel-Øvall is among this year’s winners of the Young in Real Estate Talent List 2022.
The price is awarded once a year by Estate Media, which is one of Denmark’s strongest media houses in the real estate industry. “Young in Real Estate – This Year’s Talent List” is an award of 35 talents under the age of 35 who excel and make a difference in the real estate industry.

The talents represent enormous potential for the industry, because they are usually exceptionally skilled, committed and diligent. They help to form a new growth layer in the real estate industry, and this deserves to be brought to light. Not only because it can inspire others, but also because there is a great need for them to be welcomed.
This year, the jury consisted of three experienced profiles from the real estate industry: Ann Winther (Partner at Lundgrens), Torben Rønsov (Partner and Founder of Amalie Search & Selection) and Anette Grotum (Head of Deas Asset Management).
Nikolaj’s talent portrait is published in Estate Magasin, which is published today both in print and online. The assessment of Nikolaj includes, among other things, “purposefulness and a constant focus on improving skills and professional competences combined with orderliness and personal integrity”. Competences and personal qualities that we cultivate – and cherish – at Skau Reipurth.
The award ceremony will take place at Ideal Bar in Vesterbro on Friday 25 November 2022, where Estate Media celebrates the 35 talents, among other things through diploma presentation and photography. Here, Nikolaj’s closest managers, partners Jeppe Reipurth and Christian B. Prophet-Rannow, will be present and proudly witness the price being presented.
