Morten Vibe advises on company law and commercial law in general. He is primarily advising Danish and international clients in relation to share capital investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, mergers, demergers, shareholders’ agreements, incentive programs and M&A-transactions.

Morten Vibe also advises associations and commercial and charitable foundations in matters concerning interpretation of and changes to statutes, transactions and extraordinary dispositions, establishment, mergers, dissolutions, etc.

Morten Vibe also has considerable experience with providing advice in relation to export controls and international trade sanctions on national and EU level.

Finally, Morten Vibe assists clients in relation to renewable energy transactions and commercial contracts.

Morten Vibe speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
