Skau Reipurth assists with the sale of Hørsholm Hestepraksis to Vetgruppen

Hørsholm Hestepraksis is one of Denmark’s largest and most specialised veterinary clinics within equine diseases. Among other things, the company provides help with lameness and reduced performance, chiropractic, teeth, eye diseases and reproduction.

Vetgruppen (owned by Axcel) consists of a leading group of veterinary clinics in Denmark and Norway, providing specialised and emergency veterinary care of high quality.

With the acquisition of Hørsholm Hestepraksis, Vetgruppen gains an even stronger product portfolio.

Skau Reipurth has provided legal assistance to the owners of Hørsholm Hestepraksis throughout the process, including in connection with due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents as well as execution of the deal.
