Vending Automater enters into a partnership with Executive Capital

Skau Reipurth has advised M&R Group ApS in connection with the sale of a majority stake of the shares in Vending Automater ApS to the investment company Executive Capital.
Vending Automater ApS is a Danish company specializing in the sale, operation and servicing of vending solutions for business customers. The company delivers tailored solutions within coffee, beverages and snacks, with a strong focus on high quality and operational reliability.
Executive Capital is a Danish investment company that invests in and develops small and medium-sized enterprises with a long-term ownership approach and a focus on value creation through active partnership with management.
Skau Reipurth has provided legal advice to the sellers throughout the entire process, including in relation to due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction documents and completion of the transaction.
