Oddin.gg acquires GameScorekeeper

Skau Reipurth has advised Oddin.gg in connection with the company’s acquisition of the Danish esports data firm GameScorekeeper.
GameScorekeeper provides data and statistics to the esports industry and has, since its establishment in 2016, built a strong position as a supplier of live data to betting operators, media outlets, and analytics platforms.
Oddin.gg is a Prague-based leading international provider of odds feeds, risk management, and data analytics for the esports betting market. Through the acquisition of GameScorekeeper, Oddin.gg strengthens its position as a key player in esports data while expanding its technological capabilities and data coverage.
Skau Reipurth provided legal advice to Oddin.gg throughout the transaction process, including in relation to due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and completion of the transfer.
