Frederikke Sejer Maxwell is an attorney in Skau Reipurth’s Digital Regulation department. Prior to joining Skau Reipurth, Frederikke worked as a legal adviser in the public sector at the Danish Agency for Digital Government and the Agency for Development and Simplification, where she focused on IT contracts and the handling of data protection law issues related to the implementation of IT systems.
Frederikke has experience in managing IT disputes and negotiations. In addition, she has assisted with GDPR compliance projects and works with a range of cyber-related legal matters, including NIS2 and the Data Act.
Frederikke speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
