Due to technological developments, geopolitical trends, and increasing demand for advice within digital regulation, Skau Reipurth is expanding its team with two highly regarded partners. On 1 November 2025, Attorney-at-Law Emil Brockstedt Marburger joined the firm as Partner, and on 1 January 2026, Attorney-at-Law Kim G. The department focuses on areas such as GDPR, IT law, technology, and cybersecurity.
Partner, Attorney Peter Skau-Andersen comments:
With Emil, we gain a strong professional profile with deep insight into the entire field of digital regulation – from GDPR and AI to cyber and data regulation. His experience is extensive, and he combines legal expertise with a strong commercial understanding of the field. At the same time, we look forward to welcoming Kim at the turn of the year, bringing with him many years of experience within IT law and technology-related legal matters. Together, they will strengthen our advisory services in areas undergoing rapid development, and we are very much looking forward to the collaboration.
Partner, Attorney Jeppe Reipurth adds:
There is no doubt that Kim G. Hansen brings best-practice experience within IT law and is a highly recognised authority in the field, including as former Chairman of the Association of Danish IT Lawyers. Emil is an evident talent, and we have great expectations for the two of them together.
