Hawk Infinity acquires Skandinavisk Display & POS

Skau Reipurth has advised the Danish company Skandinavisk Display & POS in connection with its sale to the Norwegian private equity firm Hawk Infinity.
Skandinavisk Display & POS is a leading provider of customized display and POS solutions for the retail industry, while Hawk Infinity is a Norwegian private equity firm focused on investments in Nordic growth companies.
Through the acquisition, Hawk Infinity strengthens its position in the Nordic market for sales and display solutions and gains access to Skandinavisk Display & POS’s strong customer base and specialized know-how.
Skau Reipurth provided legal assistance to the sellers throughout the process, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and completion of the transfer.
