Capidea acquires majority stake in Guardique Products A/S

Skau Reipurth has advised the owners of Guardique Products A/S with the private equity fund Capidea’s acquisition of a majority stake in the company.
Guardique Products A/S is a Danish manufacturer and supplier of customized transport cases and foam solutions for protection and storage.
Capidea is a Danish private equity firm that invests in small and medium-sized Danish companies within trade, distribution, services, and industry.
With Capidea as its new majority shareholder, Guardique is well-positioned to continue its growth journey with a focus on expansion in the Nordic and European markets.
Skau Reipurth provided legal assistance to the sellers throughout the process, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and completion of the transfer.
