QFlow acquires Hartvig Consult

Skau Reipurth advised the sellers of the Danish company Hartvig Consult in connection with the sale to the Swedish company QFlow.

Hartvig Consult is a Danish consulting engineering firm specializing in technical advisory services, design, and execution of sewer and civil engineering projects, including sewer rehabilitation, road renovation, paving, cloudburst and flood mitigation, and urban renewal for both public and private clients. QFlow is a Swedish group of consulting companies within construction and infrastructure, collectively offering project management, technical solutions, and advisory services with a focus on developing smarter and more sustainable solutions within construction and urban development.

With the acquisition, QFlow strengthens its position in the Nordic market while gaining access to Hartvig Consult’s specialized expertise in civil engineering and infrastructure advisory services.

Skau Reipurth provided legal assistance to the sellers throughout the entire transaction process, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and completion of the transfer.
