Naja Gissel Ørnbjerg has considerable experience with HR on a strategic, tactical and operational level, including six years’ experience as Head of HR, HR Manager and HR Business Partner. In addition, she has 12 years’ experience within Executive Search, recruitment, assessment as well as management- and career coaching.

Furthermore, Naja has solid experience with building high performing HR functions, organisational development and management sparring in partner-driven growth companies, and she has earlier worked with management of performance management projects and competence development initiatives.

Naja speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
