Mark Ruberg-Wurms specialises in all aspects of construction law and advises private and public employers, contractors and technical consultants.

Mark assists the stakeholders of the industry in all areas of construction law, and he regularly assists in complex expert appraisals, decisions on security provided and proceedings before the Building and Construction Arbitration Board and the general courts.

Mark advises on drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, and he assists public employers in public procurement proceedings under the Danish Public Procurement Act and the Directive on procurement by entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors. He is also experienced in conducting cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

Mark speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
