Mads Broe Trustrup deals primarily with dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration, mainly within the construction business.

Additionally, Mads has extensive experience with all aspects of the regulation of the use of real estate, especially planning and environmental issues. Mads has in particular dealt with protection of nature and environment, pollution, environmental impact assessments (EIA), passing and interpretation of local development plans as well as compulsory acquisition of land and the law relating to adjoining properties. Mads has experience in handling such cases as lawsuits, in administrative complaints boards and with public authorities.

Mads is an external lecturer in General Administrative Law at the University of Copenhagen and has experience with all aspects of Danish public authorities’ administrative procedures.

Mads speaks English and German as well as the other Scandinavian languages.
