Mads Broe Trustrup is specialised within dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration, mainly within construction and heavy regulated areas.

Mads has previously worked as a deputy judge with a district court and has acquired a unique experience and insights in how to prepare and execute litigation.

Additionally, Mads has extensive experience with all aspects of the regulation of the use of real estate, especially planning and environmental issues. Mads works with such cases both with public authorities, as lawsuits and in administrative complaints boards, and acts as defence lawyer in environmental cases.

Mads is an external lecturer in Civil Procedural Law at the University of Copenhagen and has previously taught General Administrative Law.

Mads speaks English and German as well as the other Scandinavian languages.
