Lotte Lundin specialises in insolvency law. She has extensive experience with insolvency proceedings, and she has handled a significant number of estates in bankruptcy, compulsory dissolutions, solvent liquidations and debt restructuring proceedings.
Lotte also advises on the assessment of potentially voidable transactions and on whether there is a basis for raising claims for liability against companies’ management. Lotte is an experienced litigator and has conducted litigation before the district courts, the High Courts and the Supreme Court in many areas of the law, including avoidance, liability in damages and creditors’ rights.
Lotte has also taught company law, insolvency law and debt collection in connection with the legal secretary training course.
Lotte Lundin speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
