Lisbeth Skytte

Lisbeth specialises in litigation and arbitration and construction law, including in particular dispute resolution in respect of commercial matters and the building and construction industry. Lisbeth’s experience also extends to company law, commercial contracts and M&A.

In addition, Lisbeth advises on all aspects of construction and the various stages of a construction project, including conclusion of building and civil engineering contracts, the legal challenges that arise during a construction project, for instance handling of claims for extra work, defects, delay claims, etc, and any legal consequences such as conciliation and mediation as well as expert appraisals and speedy resolutions.
