Kristoffer Thrane

Kristoffer Thrane is part of Skau Reipurth’s Corporate Commercial/M&A department, where he assists the department within all aspects of corporate law, commercial contracts and M&A. Among other things, he supports the lawyers in the department by advising on and preparing documents in connection with transactions, restructurings, capital increases, etc.

Kristoffer speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
