Charlotte Otken primarily advises on construction law matters, including disputes in the construction business.

Charlotte has experience with all aspects of construction law and advises both larger and smaller main contractors as well as owners in both litigation, arbitration and general dispute resolution. Charlotte has assisted in disputes regarding construction according to the General Conditions for the Provision of Works and Supplies within Building and Engineering (AB 92), the General Conditions for Turnkey Contracts (ABT 93), and the General Conditions for Consulting Services (ABR 89). She is also familiar with the newest and revised rules from 2018, including both expert appraisals and determinations as well as speedy resolution cases.

In addition, Charlotte advises on contractual issues and commercial matters in general.

Charlotte speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
