Bo Enevold Uhrenfeldt advises on labour and employment law, including workplace health and safety law. He has great insight into collective agreements and collective labour law issues such as interpretation of collective agreements and labour clauses in connection with public procurement.

Bo Enevold Uhrenfeldt has advised a number of the largest national and international companies on the employment aspects of transfers of undertakings, outsourcing, reorganisation and mass redundancies.  He is also experienced in the legal position of foreign employees, including work permits and hiring-out of labour/distinction between ordinary employees and independent contractors.

He often assists clients in negotiating and drafting contracts, and he conducts litigation before the general courts, the Labour Court, industrial arbitration tribunals, etc. He trained and qualified as mediator with the Association of Danish Law Firms, and he is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/E).

In addition, he has taught contract law at University of Copenhagen.

Bo Enevold Uhrenfeldt speaks English and the other Scandinavian languages.
