Skau Reipurth strengthens the team once more – Dennis Hofmann joins as a partner in Real Estate

On 1 January 2023, Dennis Hofmann, attorney, joined Skau Reipurth’s Real Estate department as a partner. He will be strengthening and further developing the department together with the existing competent team.

Dennis has considerable experience in real estate. He advises Danish and international companies and organisations on all aspects of real estate, including especially commercial lease law, residential lease law, purchase and sale of rental properties and assessment of rental properties and construction law. He has also conducted a significant number of court and arbitration cases related to real estate.

Also qualified as a state-authorised real estate agent and bachelor in valuation, besides being an MRICS, Chartered Surveyor, Dennis was previously a partner with the law firm Husen Advokater, and since 2016 he has been self-employed, specialised in real estate.
