Skau Reipurth strengthens the department of Insolvency and Restructuring and takes in Christian Tornvig Jensen as a partner

Christian Tornvig Jensen, attorney, has joined Skau Reipurth as a partner on 1 January 2023. Christian is head of the firm’s Insolvency and Restructuring department and responsible for its further development.

With his many years in the industry, including the past ten years with the law firm Elmann Advokatpartnerselskab, Christian has a strong reputation and a solid foundation. He has the right to appear before the Danish Supreme Court and extensive experience in providing advice on the restructuring of companies in distress, administration of bankruptcy estates, dispute resolution before the civil courts, and arbitration. Christian’s clients include banks and other financial creditors, as well as national and international companies. In addition, Christian is on the board of directors of several companies.
