Bo Enevold Uhrenfeldt rådgiver om arbejds- og ansættelsesret, herunder arbejdsmiljøret. Han har særligt indsigt i overenskomster og kollektiv arbejdsretlige problemstillinger, som fx overenskomstfortolkning og arbejdsklausuler i forbindelse med offentlige udbud.

Bo Enevold Uhrenfeldt har rådgivet de største nationale og internationale virksomheder om virksomhedsoverdragelse, outsourcing, omstrukturering og masseafskedigelse. Derudover har han særlig erfaring med udenlandske medarbejderes retsforhold, herunder arbejdstilladelser og arbejdsudleje/entrepriseforhold.

Han bistår ofte klienter med forhandling og udarbejdelse af kontrakter, ligesom han fører sager for domstolene, Arbejdsretten og faglige voldgifter mv. Han er uddannet mediator hos Danske Advokater og certificeret persondatarådgiver (CIPP/E).

Han har derudover undervist i obligationsret ved Københavns Universitet.
